ORDER TIMES
Same day delivery is available for all orders received BEFORE 12noon.
Some items require 24-72hrs notice and these are NOT available for same day delivery.
Orders received after 12noon cannot be guaranteed same day delivery and we suggest calling the store on 8367 4976 if you'd like to check if your delivery will be same or next day.
DELIVERY TIMES
Daily deliveries are between 3pm and 6pm.
We use our staff for most local deliveries, and courier services for deliveries further than 5km from the shop.
DELIVERY NOTIFICATIONS
The recipient will be sent a notification by text message to CONFIRM if they are available to give access to our couriers (eg. to open security gates etc.).
We DO NOT deliver unless we have confirmation that the recipient is home.
If we attempt to deliver and CANNOT access, the flowers may be left at a neighbour, or failing that, they will be brought back to the store, and we will contact the sender and request a second delivery fee to be paid.
VIP DELIVERY
Morning deliveries and specific time deliveries ARE AVAILABLE on request and require 24-hours notice.
Additional charge of standard rate + $40.
PRESENTATION
Flowers leave our store in pristine condition - all bouquets include hydration packs to keep the flowers fresh.
After they leave the store, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the flowers are looked after and maintained appropriately.
Returns
We do not accept returns on flowers under any circumstances.

If the instructions are followed, our fresh flowers will last for at least 3 days, and up to 10 days or longer if maintained properly.
After they leave the store, it is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure the flowers are looked after and maintained appropriately.
We can only control the quality of the flowers while they are in our care - once they leave our store, we are no longer responsible for the longevity of the flowers and for this reason, we cannot accept returns on flowers.
Flowers are fragile, and require care and maintenance - and we encourage the recipient to check in with us if they have any questions about looking after their arrangement.
